Dominican beaches rewarded with a new blue flag

BREAKING NEWS: The Institute of Environmental Right of Dominican Republic (IDARD), and the International Blue Flag jury, recognized with a certification the beach of the Grand Oasis Marien Hotel, Costa Dorada, in Puerto Plata.

The environmental certification Blue Flag is granted to the hotels which have a beach which meets all the conditions of the IDARD and of the International Coordination like water quality, information and environmental education, environmental management, safety and services.

César Vargas Pimentel, managing director, congratulated the hotel chain while giving certification.
